| The one hurdle that we had to overcome is with the loss of internet connectivity you also lose your telephone system. Our customers have a wireless broadband connections as a backup internet source in case the main internet connection goes down - Not even a local fiber cut would preclude them from using their phone system - most phone systems would be down if this happened. We would not recommend a service that we have not tested - we use VOIP to run our company and have been very happy with the service.
