| Help Desk Services |
| |
Help desks deliver technical advice and problem resolution to end-users who are having difficulty. Help desk support is typically focused on troubleshooting problems with either Information Technology (IT) systems, such as a cluster of web servers or an end user's desktop PC; or specific applications, such as custom-built payroll software. |

| Call Center Services |
| |
Call Centers deliver information and advice to end-users via telephone and email. Customers contact the call center with questions or to request some form of communication or assistance. The call center staff is trained with specialized information, such as specific knowledge, relevant policies and/or relevant regulations that allow them to answer most common questions and route anomalous requests to program specialists for resolution. |

| Program Support Services |

Program Support is commonly provided in close partnership with the customer to assist in the management, oversight, or control of some broader program activity. Program Support services include such activities as capital planning, acquisition support, Independent Verification & Validation, Training, and Information Systems Security Certification & Accreditation. |
